The Shepherds Pie from Corned Beef & Veggies click-through does not lead to a recipe.
In fact I clicked around the site to see if I could find the recipe. Nope. Disappointing.
Even clicked on the Submitted by: Lb Hammond Stylist above and got a 404.

Erika,
Sorry about that- I just noticed there was a ‘hot link’ to ‘my blog’ (which is currently bare) but the link went to my work website! I’ll look into it.
I didn’t post a recipe, but here it is:
Preheat to 400′ or what ever you prefer for a pie with already cooked ingredients. Prepare a 9″ pie or casserole round (I didn’t use anything, because the prepared crust had a lot of butter and palm oil in it!)
1- Vegetables: salvage any left from Corned beef & cabbage; chop into 1-2″ pieces
2- Meat: cube up what you have- I actually used some chinese bbq pork because we ate all the beef!
3- Frozen peas 1/2 cup- for color-: gently toss with other ingredients, adding liquid to moisten (1/4 cup broth or water will work)
4- fit bottom crust into pan, trim excess. Spoon goods into and cover with top crust. Pinch edges and trim excess it you please.
5- bake for 35-45 mins or until crust is the desired golden color.
Hope this works for you!
I really didn’t expect anyone would Actually want this recipe; I will keep that in mind for the future.
Thanks for the note!
Best,
Lisa B.
