Puttanesca Sauce… *my way*
Puttanesca Sauce gets it’s name from the Neopolitan prostitutes who are said to have created the dish “Pasta alla puttanesca.” The word puttanesca is derived from puttana, a colloquial term for ‘prostitute.’
